Welcome to Flat Shoals Rustic Furniture Company
located in the beautiful Rock Island State Park. Let us
take you back to our world where long ago people built
their furniture out of necessity and used whatever
materials were available. We build quality handcrafted
extreme rustic furniture constructed from cedar, pine,
and walnut logs. We harvest the logs from our farm in
Rock Island. We peel the bark off by hand, cut boards
out with a chain saw, and work each piece down with
sanders and small hand tools.

 use, each piece is a one of a kind heirloom piece of furniture to be cherished for a
lifetime. We have some items for sale here on our website, and try to add new items
every month or two. Payment can be arranged through PayPal, and we can schedule
delivery through several major trucking companies to any destination in the
continental U.S. Items can also be picked up at our shop, or you can pick them up
in Nashville or Chattanooga once every month at the flea market. We can deliver to
your driveway within a 150 mile radius of Rock Island, TN for a negotiated price. All
TN residence must pay sales tax.   
Each piece of furniture is built strong enough to last a
lifetime, and meticulously hand finished with three coats
